Today, the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) announced the recipients of its 2026 recognition program, honoring SWE members, SWE groups, and organizations for their accomplishments that advance the STEM fields and support SWE’s mission to empower women in engineering and technology.
The 2026 honorees represent a wide range of contributions across industry, academia, technical leadership, advocacy, and SWE. Their accomplishments include advancing initiatives that support women in engineering, expanding STEM outreach, growing or maintaining membership levels, demonstrating professional excellence, and achieving technical milestones such as earning a patent.
“The 2026 SWE award recipients stand at the pinnacle of excellence in engineering, technology, leadership, and service and each one is a brilliant example of what it means to ‘Radiate Change!’” said Kerrie Greenfelder, FY27 SWE President. “Their achievements illuminate our community, elevate our profession, and inspire the engineers and technologists of today and tomorrow to reach higher and lead boldly. Congratulations to all of these remarkable and extraordinary honorees!”
You can find the full list of recipients below and on the SWE recognition website.
