SCIENCE NIGHT—Students look at different science projects on display by their classmates during the Red Oak Elementary School Science Night at the end of the year in May at the Oak Park school. The students explored hands-on STEM magic with interactive demos including Mad Science explosive experiments that blew the mind; Sub-Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream where delicious treats were created right before the eye; and Captain Carl’s Mobile Tidepool that allowed students to touch live sea creatures and discover ocean secrets.
